Lead SAP FICO Consultant
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP FICO Specialist to join our remote team for a project, a joint business and technology value-driven transformation for client. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance for group reporting and financial consolidation, as well as SAP S/4HANA for central finance. You will also be responsible for providing financial analysis and technical expertise in SAP FI and Logistics (SCM).

- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance for group reporting and financial consolidation, as well as SAP S/4HANA for central finance
- Provide financial analysis and technical expertise in SAP FI and Logistics (SCM)
- Develop and implement financial models and policies to support the TRANS4RM project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring that they have the skills and resources necessary to succeed
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that project issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
- Provide regular project updates to senior management, including project status, risks, and issues
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance for group reporting and financial consolidation, as well as SAP S/4HANA for central finance
- Expertise in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop and implement financial models
- Strong technical skills in SAP FI, with experience in SAP Logistics (SCM)
- 1 year of experience in leading SAP FICO implementations and upgrades, with the ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, with the ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level
nice to have
- Certification in SAP FICO or related fields
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance for group reporting and financial consolidation, as well as SAP S/4HANA for central finance, in a retail or consumer goods industry
- Experience in SAP FICO in a global company with complex financial processes and reporting requirements
- Experience with data migration and data conversion in SAP FICO implementations
- Experience in SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and PP
