Currently we are looking for a remote Business Analysis Team Lead for financial company for our team.
The customer is an international financial organization. It is a company whose primary purpose is to promote stability of the international monetary system - the system of exchange rates and international payments. The company activities include all macroeconomic and financial sector issues that bear on global stability.
The purpose of the project is the implementation of an integrated solution to replace the existing application and manage economic data throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Defining use cases and scenarios
- Designing end to end process for data product creation
- Defining business rules for data validation, transformation and calculation
- Reconciliating requirements analysis
- Designing data migration strategy
- Building solution based on Azure cloud solution
- Defining test scenarios
- Managing Backlog
- Business traveling for 2-3 weeks
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience or a related field
- English level B2+
- Diagramming skills
- Data visualization
- Data analysis
- Data migration experience
- Experience working on projects with heavy databases
- Experience in Power BI
- Experience in CMS
- Technical background – API, SQL
- Previous experience and success working with agile development teams
- Hands-on experience working with Azure, Confluence
Nice to have
- Experience with the development of the minimal viable product (MVP) to budget and timelines
- Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms
- Experience in Figma, SiteCore
