Currently we are looking for a remote Business Analyst for a software company for our team.

You will be working on creating a new-gen software delivery platform with transparent productivity and efficiency, putting software development automation at the next level. The platform is a marketplace and highly adopts data-driven culture, so BI, database development and Data Analysis are very valuable. You will be a part of the team of professionals who covers full cycle of the Data: from creation tools and processes to analysis and making decisions.

responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders and understand their problems
    • Offer BI solutions suitable for the problems (not blind request tracking)
      • Work on BI products adoption
        • Improve the documentation both user-facing and internal one
          • Work with experienced BA team lead
            requirements
            • 6+ months of relevant experience in either Business or Data Analysis
              • English level B2+
                • Product Mindset
                  • Experience in BI
                    • Experience in SQL
                      • Understanding of Talent Acquisition / Marketing / Staffing / E-Commerce domains is a plus
                        • Quick and analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
