Junior Business Analyst for a Financial Company
Currently we are looking for a remote Business Analyst to join our global team.
The customer is an American multinational investment bank and financial services corporation which provides a range of consumer banking services. It offers credit cards, personal loans and lines of credit, mortgage and home equity services, as well as investing solutions.
responsibilities
- Collecting business requirements from users, preparation of analytical documentation in English using standard templates
- Preparation of functional requirements, KB management on the system
- Project documentation management in Project Tracking System Customer, Jira's maintenance on the customer side
- UAT: Calling with users to create a test plan, support for UAT environments, pre-uat after installing release, participation in UAT, helping end users in carrying out uat
- Participation in regular / prioritization rates with customer team
- Regular analytical work with Tasks from Backog
- Participation in Demo Riedts (Gantt Chart, Backlog, Status Update)
- Preparation of project artifacts in accordance with customer standards
- Communications with geographically distributed departments / customer teams
requirements
- 6+ months of business analysis experience or a related field
- English level B2+
- Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis
- Readiness for system analysis and immersion in technical details of applications (using the development / testing command)
- Stress resistance, multitasking (analysis of parallel improvements on multiple applications)
- Responsibility and independent decision-making thoughtfulness and desire to give a qualitative result
nice to have
- Experience in the financial area (Corporate Banking, Capital Markets)
