Business Analyst for EPAM 40 hrs/week, 12+ months

Currently, we're looking for a remote Business Analyst for EPAM.

We are going to create completely new approach when newcomers’ adaptation starts before start date.


  • Work on clarification of business requirements including stakeholder interview and workshops
    • Documenting requirements, creating user stories description (Jira)
      • Deep investigation of existing functionality and proposal of Adaptation platform decomposition
        • Creating roadmap for smooth transition of adaptation materials to Courses along with investigation of what features are to be added to Courses functionality
          • Building a bridge between business and delivery
            • Contribution to UX prototypes


              • Experience in BA role 6+ months
                • Understanding of change management
                  • Good communication skills
                    • English level: B2+
                      • Interest to the subject
