C++ Technical Lead
We are looking for a skilled C++ Technical Lead to join our remote team, responsible for leading the development of a new C++ application.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using C++, PowerShell, and Conan package manager. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of the project
- Manage the development process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that development standards are maintained
- Participate in the development of software testing plans and procedures
requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in C++ development, with a deep understanding of C++ programming concepts and best practices
- Experience with Conan package manager
- Proficiency in CMake for building, testing, and packaging software
- Experience with Clang, Microsoft Visual C++, and GTest for writing reliable and efficient code
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Expertise in boost/beast and OpenSSL libraries for web development
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, fostering effective communication with stakeholders and team members
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
