Chief Salesforce Developer
We are looking for an experienced Chief Salesforce Developer to join our team remotely, leading the development, testing, and maintenance of an innovative Salesforce platform.
As the Chief Salesforce Developer, you will automate the testing process of web UI, APIs, E2E, and database applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of the product. If you are passionate about Salesforce development and have a proven track record in automated testing, we invite you to join our team and bring your expertise to the table.
responsibilities
- Define the scope and procedures for quality engineering of the Salesforce platform, including the development and maintenance of automated test scripts
- Automate the testing process of web UI, APIs, E2E, and database applications
- Design the environments for backend data-driven tests with Jest and Node.js, and automate the ETL process
- Create logically structured test plans, design detailed test cases, file defects, and generate reports
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the team, contributing to the cohesive and successful outcomes of the project
- Drive the development of a robust, scalable Salesforce platform that meets the needs of the organization
- Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Apex
- Ensure the quality and reliability of the Salesforce platform through effective testing and maintenance
requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Apex
- 2+ years of experience with Provar, a Salesforce testing suite, or equivalent testing suites
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience in Web Service and API Test Automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement efficient solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, fostering effective communication with stakeholders and team members
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
nice to have
- Experience in ETL/ELT
- Expertise in Jest and Node.js
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
