We are currently hiring a remote ClearCase Team Lead to lead our development team.
You will have the opportunity to apply your 6+ years of relevant production experience, along with 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, to drive the success of our projects. You will oversee the development process, ensure the effective utilization of ClearCase/ClearMake, and guide the team in delivering high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other stakeholders to develop design specifications, conduct unit tests, and support the testing team. Strong communication skills and technical expertise in Unix shell scripting (bash) and Perl are essential for this role.

requirements
- 7+ years of relevant production experience
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficient understanding of Unix/Linux OS system
- Strong experience in Unix shell scripting (bash) and Perl
- ClearCase/ClearMake expertise
- B2+ English level
