We're on the lookout for a talented Content Management Specialist to join our remote team.

This role is pivotal in expanding our content creation team and collaborating with various departments including Marketing, Content, Accounting, Fulfillment, Engineering, and Strategy.

  • Construct and maintain products within a bespoke CMS tailored to the client's preferences program, overseeing the entire lifecycle, from staging to deactivation
    • Coordinate the launch of individual products, offerings, and both B2B and B2C campaigns
      • Ensure accuracy of product details by collaborating with business and tech stakeholders across different client teams and local agencies spanning over 30 countries
        • Conduct thorough testing of checkout products to ensure a seamless user experience
          • Contribute to Knowledge Base (KB) and Known Error Database (KEDB)
            • Engage in regular syncs and maintain consistency in campaign approaches across the team
              • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Processing
                • Proficiency in spoken and written English at C1 level
                  • Ability to handle business correspondence independently or with minimal supervision, both with users and local agencies
                    • Quick learner with the capacity to grasp extensive, constantly evolving instructions
                      • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability, coupled with keen attention to detail to uphold work quality
                        • Collaborative team player, willing to share knowledge and adapt to workflow updates
