Along with Principle Delivery Manager own and manage financial and business KPIs of the program

Actively participate and contribute to strategic program development planning and initiatives

Establishing and facilitating continuous improvement process

Monitor and support program delivery

Facilitate internal program status review meetings covering status, risks, issues, quality, and process improvements

6+ years of relevant experience, 2+ years in leadership roles

Expert administrator or user of EPAM internal systems such as Staffing Desk, Time, Radar, Delivery Central, etc.

Advanced understanding of P&L, utilization, margins, and other business tools and KPIs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills
