We are currently looking for remote IT Recruiters with 6+ months of experience as an IT researcher or recruiter to join our TA team on a freelance basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have knowledge of the IT labor market, have successfully worked with a variety of selection channels, know how to interest an IT specialist.
- Search for a wide range of IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers, managers, and architects)
- Create a wide Talent pool using different channels
- Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the EPAM Recruiter
- Support employer branding strategies
- 6+ months of experience as an IT researcher or recruiter
- Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT Talent Pool
- Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
- Highly result-oriented
- Very good communication skills
- Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
