Java Development Team Lead

Currently, we are looking for a remote Java Development Team Lead to join our global team.

The customer is an American multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware.

responsibilities
  • Playing a vital role in project design to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance are met
    • Designing and developing new features as well as maintaining existing features by adding improvements and fixing defects in complex areas (using Java)
      • Assisting in troubleshooting complex technical problems in development and production
        • Implementing methodologies, processes & tools
          requirements
          • 6+ years of experience in Java Development
            • 6+ years of experience in Backend Development
              • 2+ year of leadership experience
                • Experience in Spring (Data, Security, Cloud), SpringBoot, Hibernate, Swagger, REST API
                  • Team player with strong learning ability
                    • Proficiency in English (reading and written)
                      nice to have
                      • Experience with micro-services architecture
                        • Experience or Familiarity with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
                          • Experience in Docker, Kubernetes
                            • Experience or Familiarity in Kotlin, tornadoFX
                              • Experience or Familiarity in FlyWay
                                • Knowledge of Apache Maven
                                  • Knowledge of Hibernate
                                    • Knowledge of SOLID (object-oriented design principles)
                                      • Knowledge of Unit Testing
