We are currently looking for a remote Java Software Engineer with 6+ months of Java development experience and prior experience with REST Services to join our team.
The main scope is development, implementation and enhancement of a brand-new application for EPAM digital platform.
Responsibilities
- Implement new product functionality
- Participate in code reviews
- Maintain an existing codebase
- Contribute to the application architecture design
Requirements
- 6+ months of Java development experience
- Prior experience with REST Services
- Skills in Spring IoC, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
- Spring Security skills
- Clear understanding of and experience with Spring Test (Unit, MVC, JPA, Integration tests)
- Experience with Spring Data (JPA)
- Knowledge of OAuth2 SSO
- Knowledge of Hibernate
- PostgreSQL experience
Nice to have
- Lombok expertise
- Liquibase knowledge
- Hazelcast skills
- MapStruct experience
- Docker knowledge
- Skills in OpenShift
- SonarQube experience
- Kibana experience
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch
