Lead Android Developer
We are currently seeking a Lead Android Developer to join our remote team and design and develop solutions to enable gifting experience on Android. As a Lead Android Developer, you will implement native user interfaces with the latest Android technologies and drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability. responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions to enable gifting experience on Android
- Implement native user interfaces with the latest Android technologies
- Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
- Collaborate with back-end teams and cross-functional teams to provide scalable solutions
- Lead a team of developers and mentor junior developers
requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Android Developer, with a deep understanding of the Android SDK and Android Studio
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in Kotlin for Android and RxJava
- Experience with Mobile Payments, including handling payments through various platforms and services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level

- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or GCP
