We're looking for a remote Lead AWS DevOps to join our team.

The primary objective is to build a cloud-based platform to leverage existing business domain knowledge to get into new markets.

This position gives you an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team of developers working for one of the world's largest providers of network automation services. A cloud platform is built from the scratch using top industry standards and approaches, cutting-edge technologies, and frameworks.

You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative features for the current and future market-leading SaaS solutions. You will utilize your experience and creativity to influence technology direction and decisions, and ensure that our products are best-of-breed.

responsibilities
  • Participation in the process of creating/updating automated builds of OS images for various platforms: appliance (ISO), ESXI (OVA), Microsoft Azure (VHD), Amazon EC2 (AMI)
    • Development of a service for automatic OS upgrade on OnPremises from Ubuntu 16 to 20 using Docker image
      • Participation in the process of creating different services responsible for booting and configuring on-premises
        • Development of unit and integration tests
          requirements
          • Experience in creating/updating automated builds of OS images for various platforms: appliance (ISO), ESXI (OVA), Microsoft Azure (VHD), Amazon EC2 (AMI)
            • Experience in Linux (Ubuntu preferable)
              • Experience in microservices development, REST API
                • Production experience with GoLang, Python, C/C++ or similar, actual code is GoLang
                  • English level B2+
