Lead Business Analyst for EPAM 40 hrs/week, 12+ months
Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, prioritize them and form backlog for the team
- Describe business and system process using BPMN, UML notations
- Exercise proactive backlog management, incl. Epic/story classification, story decomposition, scope estimation and refinement, sprint scope prioritization, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full BA cycle from stakeholders requirements elicitation to development implementation
- Experience in working with CJM, UX/UI prototypes, users behavior hypothesis and analysis
- Clear tasks and business logic specification for Backend/Frontend developers, incl. user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, relations with system modules
- Understanding of application data modelling, DB relations, permission models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, B2+ level of English
