We are seeking a remote Lead C Embedded Developer to join our team and work on a brand-new product.
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of relevant work experience, should have excellent leadership and communication skills and should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively, be able to work with an overlap with the California timezone (till 10 AM PST), and have hands-on code writing experience in C embedded/C++. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of RTOS and MCUs and should be proficient in C++ programming.
It is required to have a proven track record of leading successful projects, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality products. Experience in audio streaming, cloud connectivity, IoT, or security would be a plus.

- Lead the design and development of high-quality embedded software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new product features
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team
- Develop and implement software validation procedures to ensure high-quality products
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with local devices and in the field
- Communicate project progress and technical issues to stakeholders
requirements
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of RTOS and MCUs
- Proficient in C++ programming
- Familiarity with Schematics, Signal Processing, and Equipment Debugging
- Experience with OS: FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux
- Proficiency with programming languages: C, C++, Python
- Experience with SDK/Libraries: NRF SDK, GStreamer
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Web services, WebRTC, SIP/RTSP
- Familiarity with hardware interfaces: UART, GPIO, I2C, SPI, SDIO, WiFi
- B2+ English level
