Lead CRM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a remote Lead CRM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing projects with speed and precision while possessing strong communication and soft skills. The candidate should be motivated to further their career at EPAM and be experienced in working within an agile, highly motivated team. The candidate should also possess expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SEng D365 CRM Base.

responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their business needs and objectives
  • Work in partnership with our developers and other team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Utilize expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to provide functional guidance and support throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Ensure success by providing high-quality consultation, training, and communication support
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM trends and technologies
requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SEng D365 CRM Base
  • Knowledge and understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong motivation to pursue a career at EPAM
  • B2+ English level
nice to have
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with building and migrating applications, software, and services into Azure
