Lead DevOps Engineer
Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead DevOps Engineer to join our global team
responsibilities
- Work with other team members to address the needs and wants of Developers, Ops, Architects, Designers, etc
- Building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins for various quality checks and finally deployment
- Creating or Improving infrastructure that enables software developers to deploy high-quality software
- Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks
- Write scripts to customize some integration points between traditional platform capabilities and DevOps capabilities
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs that appear within code
- Ensure pipelines are extremely efficient and performant through constant monitoring
- Provide support to users of the CI/CD pipelines
- Aligning the DevOps strategy internally with the UX/Data Visualization CoE & Enterprise DevSecOps team
requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Proficient at Git, Jenkins, Artifactory
- Experience in Python programming
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good level of technical knowledge with DevOps tools
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt to different techniques based on requirements (for example - Qlik)
- Experience in working on both linux & windows environments
- Understanding of BI analytics tools & platforms
- Good communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate timely progress to stakeholder
