Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team.
The customer is one of the world’s leading broadband, communication and converged video companies, with operations in six European countries.
Responsibilities
- Perform applications migration to Kubernetes platform
- Develop new functionality
- Monitor, support, extend and upgrade k8s clusters in two datacenters and GKE
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Experience with production Kubernetes on bare-metal
- Knowledge of networking - Calico/cilium
- Experience with consul, etcd, ceph, kubespray
- Strong knowledge of Ansible, Docker, Jenkins
- good communication skills
- Experience in leading a team of engineers
- Customer-facing experience
- B2+ level of English
Nice to have
- Experience in data-intensive projects - Spark/Kafka/Elasticsearch/NoSQL/Airflow
- Cloud GCP/GKE experience
