Lead Informatica Data Quality Developer
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Lead Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Developer to join our team remotely.
As an IDQ Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of DQ rules and supporting the Partner Master Data Management (MDM) Program. This program involves multiple teams, business process transformation, and organizational change.

responsibilities
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica Developer and other ETL tools
- Profiling and scorecard development using Informatica Analyst
- Implementing data quality and data governance principles and best practices
- Monitoring and handling workflows using Informatica Admin Console
- Integrating ETL with inbound and outbound layers through bus broker
- Working closely with other teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IDQ (Informatica Data Quality) OR 7+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Good understanding of ETL concepts
- Hands-on experience in ETL design and development
- Hands-on experience in Shell scripting
- Good understanding of RDBMS like – DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Understanding of performance tuning concepts at both ETL and database levels
- Well-versed in working with Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Mappings, Mapplets, Transformations, Rules
- Team player (easy and respectful communications, shares responsibilities for the team's overall success)
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Mastery in Engineering
- English B2+ proficiency (able to communicate fluently with English-speaking stakeholders, able to share ideas and provide reasoning)
nice to have
- Knowledge of basic concepts of Java
- Knowledge of MDM and IICS
- Exposure to AXON or EDC
- Experience in Cloud Data Quality
- Experience with NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB
- Experience in PowerShell/Shell/Python scripting preferred
