We are looking for a Lead iOS Swift Developer to join our remote team. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the successful delivery of the product. You will be working on a project that involves developing an iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI. Your role will involve writing clean, robust, and modularized code to build product and features. You will need to architect, design, implement new features, and improve existing ones. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining testing infrastructure for unit & automated testing. You will be required to communicate with the customer and handle their requests in a timely manner. Ownership and accountability for the product you develop is a key component of this role.

- Lead the iOS Swift development throughout the entire lifecycle
- Write clean, robust, modularized code to build product and features
- Architect, design, implement new features, and improve existing ones
- Create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit & automated testing
- Communicate with the customer and handle their requests in a timely manner
- Ownership and accountability for the product you develop
requirements
- 5+ years of production experience
- Leadership experience
- Senior knowledge of iOS Swift
- Great communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with writing robust and maintainable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Experience with SwiftUI, Dependency Injection, Design Systems, Programmatic UI
- Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals - you will work closely with the customer to get things done
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher)
