Lead Java Developer
Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Java Developer to join our global team
responsibilities
- Managing team of 6 Backend Java developers
- Setting priorities, distributing tasks
- Communicating with the client's team
- Establishing, preserving and controlling execution of engineering practices
- Acting as the subject matter expert
- Assisting in solution design and architecture
- Writing technical specification
- New features development and implementation expertise to rollout the application to new client bases
requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java Development
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of complex algorithms, event-driven architecture
- Experience with Java(8-11) with asynchronous programming
- Experience with Akka
- Knowledge of REST or gRPC style of Web services development
- Knowledge of CQRS and a bit of Kafka and MongoDB understanding
- Knowledge of Docker
