5+ years of experience in Java Development

Solid knowledge and experience in Java and ReactJS development. (*Back-end may be stronger than front-end)

Having strong problem solving skill(that covers deep investigation to get the root cause, generation different options to resolve, highlighting the preferable one to address the situation in a most efficient way)

Competence in estimation, work decomposition, technical risk identification

Good communication skill to be able setting efficient collaboration with other team leads, architects, devOps, development managers across the workstream

Be a role model in development expertise and performance

Basic understanding of different software methodologies like Agile / Scrum

Experience in Docker

Familiarity in Kubernetes and Kubernetes CLI commands

Familiarity in Helm and Helm CLI commands

Unix or Linux systems administration skills
