Currently, we are looking for a Remote Lead Java Developer to join our team.
responsibilities
- Support the stabilization of Amway's incentive bonus application.
- Development of new feature enhancements according to business requirements (using existing microservices/creation of the new microservices).
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues and bug fixes.
- Participate in modernization – separation of the legacy monolithic system to microservices (long term plan)
requirements
- 5+ years of Java experience
- Experience with microservices
- Spring boot experience
- Java/Confluence experience
- Experience working in Agile processes
- Great communication skills
- AT/Agile experience
- Java Microservice Infrastructure knowledge
- Spring Kafka experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience

- Experience with migration from monolith to microservices
- Confluence experience
- Jira experience
