Lead Java Developer with Spring
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to join our team remotely.
As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will be working with a team of developers, architects, and project managers to create innovative solutions using the latest technologies and methodologies in the industry. Your role will also involve leading and mentoring junior developers, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently.
responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java and other related technologies
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative solutions using the latest technologies and methodologies in the industry
- Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure that software solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that code is of high quality and meets industry standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Expertise in Message Brokers (MQ), Microservice Architecture Pattern, REST API, Spring, and RabbitMQ
- Experience in the FinTech industry is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, particularly KeyCloak
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
nice to have
- Experience in AWS or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Experience in Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Angular or React
