We are looking for a remote Lead Manual Mobile Tester to join our growing account in Greece and to make the team even stronger.

Our customer is one of the 4 major Greek Banks. EPAM teams are going to build a Digital Waves Transformation journey aiming at a long-term client relationship. EPAM teams will be responsible for the development of Mobile applications from the scratch, also taking part in the development of Web applications for the customer.

responsibilities
  • Create test plans and procedures based on clients' requirements
    • Define and follow QA standards and best practices
      • Cooperate with the project team leadership to create and manage the test process
        • Customer-focused testing, allowing the applications to meet business requirements
          • Create and provide reporting process
            • Create onboarding QA documents
              requirements
              • 5+ years of QA experience
                • Experience in Mobile Testing
                  • 1+ years of experience leading QA teams
                    • Experience in test documentation creation
                      • Very good organizational skills to manage multiple teams
                        • Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
                          nice to have
                          • Banking domain experience: retail and corporate banking
