Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our remote team to lead the development stream of a new project. As the lead developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the .NET framework while adhering to coding best practices and design patterns. You will also configure Azure resources, implement security measures, monitor application performance, and ensure high availability. Additionally, you will integrate different systems and services by developing APIs and middleware components.

Lead the development stream, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions
Configure Azure resources, implement security measures, and monitor application performance for ensuring high availability
Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework while adhering to coding best practices and design patterns
Integrate different systems and services by developing APIs and middleware components
Collaborate with other teams to identify technical requirements and dependencies
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding best practices and design patterns
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Collaborate with the project manager to define project timelines and deliverables

requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions
Expertise in Azure SQL Database, Azure Service Bus, and Microsoft Dataverse, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
Strong experience in .NET development, with expertise in C# and ASP.NET
Experience in developing APIs and middleware components for integrating different systems and services
Experience in configuring Azure resources, implementing security measures, and monitoring application performance for ensuring high availability
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
Proven leadership experience
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

nice to have

Experience in Azure DevOps, enabling the effective management of the development lifecycle
Experience in Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate, enabling the development of custom business applications
