Lead MS Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead MS Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our clients, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of MS Dynamics 365 solutions. Your ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with clients will play a key role in driving the success of our projects.

Provide expert-level guidance and support to our clients in MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and maintenance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Drive discovery and workshops to gather feedback from key business users and make recommendations for enhancements
Effectively communicate and build consensus around recommended solutions to the appropriate audience
Manage customer expectations and relationships, and address customer issues during engagements
Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects; develop project plan incorporating all project variables
Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production as per selected delivery model
Perform price benchmarks and cost estimation and modeling of various technologies for consideration
Measure and improve delivery productivity
Build delivery timelines for multiple streams, analyzing internal/external dependencies

requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and maintenance
1+ years of relevant leadership experience
Expert-level knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Strong understanding of Microsoft project implementation methodologies
Ability to effectively communicate and build consensus around recommended solutions
Proven track record of managing customer expectations and relationships, and addressing customer issues during engagements
Experience in preparing estimations on time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects
Ability to establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
Experience in the governance of processes in delivery management and production as per the selected delivery model
Fluent in English with an upper-intermediate level
