Lead MS Dynamics Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead MS Dynamics Developer to join our remote team.
As the Lead MS Dynamics Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our central working place built on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) for our service department. This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience.
responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the central working place using Dynamics 365 CE for the service department, including the service, sales, and marketing modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with 6 other backend systems using Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions
- Utilize IRAME Integrations to enable direct access to backend UIs from within Dynamics 365
- Implement Azure Cognitive Services and LUIS (Language Understanding) to automate the identification and routing of service cases
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and propose effective solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards are followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, and provide ongoing support for production systems
requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong knowledge of workflows and Power Automate
- Senior-level proficiency in C# with expertise in ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Plugin Implementation for Dynamics 365
- Sound understanding of the Sales and Service modules in Dynamics 365
- Experience with Azure Functions and integration technologies such as REST and message broker
- Solid background in software development and implementing solutions in a professional setting
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
- B2+ level of English language skills
- Fluent in German language skills

- Knowledge of Canvas Apps
- Familiarity with Azure Service Bus
- Understanding of Azure Cognitive Services
- Experience with Dynamics for Marketing
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 On-Premise
- Familiarity with Omnichannel capabilities in Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Familiarity with ReactJS
- Experience in developing custom PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) components
- Understanding of CI/CD (ALM) practices for the Power Platform
