We are seeking a remote Lead MS Dynamics Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing Outlook queues and shared Inbox functionalities for small teams.
Your expertise will contribute to the development of core Inbox functionality, including workflow distribution of messages to the right Queue/Crew members based on defined attributes and service levels. Additionally, you will be involved in direct email management, including vacation coverage and backup logic. Integration with Secure Message Center and MS Exchange will be required, and the method of integration will be determined during the design phase. This project will provide an opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge in Microsoft portal capabilities to deliver messages effectively.

- Develop Outlook queues and shared Inbox functionalities for small teams
- Design and implement core Inbox functionality for workflow distribution of messages
- Direct email management, including vacation coverage and backup logic
- Integrate with Secure Message Center and MS Exchange using appropriate methods
- Customize and enhance MS Dynamics CRM products
- Develop plugins, workflows, and actions for MS Dynamics CRM
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality code and timely delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
requirements
- 5+ years of relevant production experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and customization
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Development and customization experience of MS Dynamics CRM products
- Integration experience of MS Dynamics CRM with external systems
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-premises and online) out-of-the-box functionality
- Proficiency in developing MS Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, and actions
- Experience with WCF and WebAPI development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Familiarity with unit testing concepts
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and/or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Agile practices
- B2+ English level

- Experience with Dynamics 365 on-premises/online
- Knowledge of .NET Core and ASP.NET Core
- Development experience with ASP.NET MVC
- Familiarity with JS frameworks such as AngularJS, Angular 2, or React
- Experience with MS Azure Services (App Service, Service Bus)

- Knowledge of TypeScript
