- Excels in facilitation and strives for constant improvements in agile processes and communication flows

- 5+ years of experience with Scrum and Agile delivery
- Strong coaching skills and experience running workshops and training sessions on Agile practices
- Strong experience in Agile tools Jira and Confluence
- Strong verbal and written English for communication with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- EU time zone to connect dots between India and US (or IST time zone with working on shifts
- 1+ years of leadership experience

- Technical delivery background - previous experience as a Project Manager delivering technical IT projects
- Understanding and experience with Big Data ecosystem and architecture patterns
- AWS knowledge and experience would be nice to have
- Snowflake knowledge would be nice to have
- Experience transitioning teams to SAFe
- Certified Product Owner
