Lead Salesforce Developer
We are searching for a talented Lead Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of relevant production experience and 1+ years of relevant leadership experience to join our remote team.
In this role, you will oversee the design and delivery of Salesforce implementations and clients in the EMEA and US geography. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team and work closely with clients to optimize marketing automation using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for specifying, designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Align the marketing cloud design with the intended marketing business functions and capabilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce implementations and clients in the EMEA and US geography
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Assist clients in optimizing marketing automation, enabled by the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Specify, design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
requirements
- 5+ years of relevant production experience with Salesforce
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Extensive experience in Marketing Cloud or Marketing automation tools
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Salesforce CRM/Sales and Service Cloud experience
- Familiarity with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL language
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
- Strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English (B2+)
nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using SOAP and REST APIs
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with data migration and integration tools such as Informatica Cloud or MuleSoft
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
