We are looking for a remote Lead Salesforce TDE Consultant with 5+ years of relevant production experience in a similar role to join our team.

As a Lead Salesforce Transparent Data Encryption Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding Global and large-scale Salesforce TDE projects. Your expertise in this field, combined with your leadership skills, will contribute to the success of our team.

responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Global and large-scale projects, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce TDE solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, offering expertise in Salesforce TDE and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop effective Salesforce TDE solutions
  • Oversee the configuration and development of Salesforce TDE solutions, utilizing VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura component, and Lightning web component
  • Ensure seamless integration of Service Cloud and Health Cloud, with knowledge of Marketing Cloud as a plus
  • Foster an Agile environment, working closely with product scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Lead a high-paced, fluid, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary team, providing mentorship and support
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce TDE best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant production experience in a similar role
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong practical development knowledge of Salesforce configurations, VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura component, and Lightning web component
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and experience leading product scrum teams
  • Extensive experience in the Healthcare, Patient Support Services, or Pharma industry in the USA
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud and Health Cloud, with knowledge of Marketing Cloud as a plus
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect (advantageous)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a high-paced, fluid, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary team
  • B2+ English level

  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, expanding your capabilities and expertise within the Salesforce platform
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, showcasing your diverse skill set and specialization in specific Salesforce functionalities
  • Leadership certifications or training, enhance your leadership abilities and enable you to effectively guide and mentor team members
