Lead SAP P2P Consultant
We are looking for a remote Lead SAP P2P Consultant to join our team.
As a Lead Consultant, you will leverage your 5+ years of relevant production experience and 1+ years of relevant leadership experience to drive the success of our projects. In addition to supporting ongoing initiatives, you will play a key role in the Discovery phase of upcoming projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.
responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the technical discovery phase for the APAC WH project, focusing on technical impact/discovery, technical timeline planning, and high-level cost estimation based on the RFP outcome
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Project Team to gather requirements, define project scope, and propose effective solutions
- Provide expert-level guidance in the MM module, including PU, IM, MRP, and WM, ensuring the optimal utilization of SAP P2P functionalities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Configure and customize SAP P2P functionalities based on business requirements and industry best practices
- Oversee the resolution of system issues, working closely with the technical team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing support, training, and feedback to help them excel in their roles
- Stay updated with the latest SAP P2P trends, advancements, and best practices, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant production experience in SAP P2P consulting
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Strong expertise in the MM module, including PU, IM, MRP, and WM
- Proven experience with iDoc integration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
nice to have
- Experience with the PP (Production Planning) module
- Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other relevant SAP solutions
- SAP certifications in the MM module or related areas
- Previous experience in leading SAP implementation projects or teams
