Lead SAP UI5 Developer
We are currently looking for a highly experienced Lead SAP UI5 Developer to join our remote team.
With a minimum of 5+ years of relevant production experience, including at least 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, you will be a key asset in supporting the Workflow Management Work Package in SAP. As the Lead SAP UI5 Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing complex SAPUI5 applications, and providing technical guidance. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or CSS/HTML, along with prior leadership experience, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have a B2+ English level.

- Leading a team of SAP UI5 Developers and overseeing the development process
- Designing complex SAPUI5 applications and providing technical guidance to team members
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Implementing best practices for UI development and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers, promoting their professional growth
- Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting complex problems
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest SAPUI5 and Fiori design guidelines
requirements
- 5+ years of relevant production experience as an SAP UI5 Developer
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in SAPUI5 and SAP Cloud Platform (SAP BTP)
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and/or CSS/HTML
- Familiarity with Fiori Design guidelines and Fiori Elements
- Experience with unit and integration testing (OPA5) for SAPUI5 applications
- Proficient in using Git for version control
- B2+ English level

- Additional experience with SAP Cloud Integration, SAP NEO, Fiori Elements, CI/CD, and Webdriver.io
