Lead SharePoint Developer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead SharePoint Developer to join our remote team.
With a minimum of 5 years of relevant production experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity, you will oversee the design, development, and migration of our internal intranet. As a Lead SharePoint Developer, you will provide guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of SharePoint solutions. This remote position requires a strong command of English at a B2+ level.
responsibilities
- Take charge of the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions, including customized workflows, forms, and applications
- Utilize JSON-based list customization, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and PnPJS to personalize SharePoint Online
- Apply SharePoint Client Side Object Model (CSOM) with C# to build custom functionalities and interfaces
- Integrate SharePoint with other systems and platforms such as Azure Functions and Power Automate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather comprehensive requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of SharePoint solutions
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team members
requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant production experience as a SharePoint Developer
- Display a strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, encompassing site design, content management, and administration
- Exhibit hands-on experience with JSON-based list customization and the creation of custom SharePoint Framework solutions using React and PnPJS
- Showcase expertise in SharePoint Client Side Object Model (CSOM) with C# for the development of custom functionalities and interfaces
- Familiarity with Azure Functions for seamless integration of SharePoint with other systems
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps to facilitate workflow automation and custom application development
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

- Experience with SharePoint migration projects
- Familiarity with SharePoint governance and best practices
- Proficiency in SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development in SharePoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its integration capabilities with SharePoint
