Lead Software Testing Engineer
We’re looking for a Lead Software Testing Engineer to work on solutions for enterprise-level clients and lead best-in-class testing teams.

responsibilities
- Lead team of Test Engineers
- Develop and follow a test strategy on the project
- Establish a test process on the project
- Prepare testing result reports, estimations, sprint planning
- Communicate with a customer on daily basis
requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Software testing
- 2+ years of leading experience
- Work experience with functional test planning and execution
- Experience in testing complex systems and business flows
- Knowledge and experience in Scrum
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning capability
- Knowledge of exposure to test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Centre)
- Experience in close collaboration with a customer
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)

- ISTQB Foundation Level Certificate or higher
