Lead STIBO STEP Developer
We are seeking a Lead STIBO STEP Developer with at least 5 years of experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of STIBO STEP modules, along with 1+ years of relevant leadership experience.
The Lead STIBO STEP Developer will be responsible for managing Master Data classes focused on Business Partners (Customer/Supplier) and Finance/Controlling Master Data. The role involves creating, updating, and deleting workflows, mass migration, and mass change, as well as replicating this data to various target systems.
responsibilities
- Develop and adjust the functions and features that are not available out of the box to fulfill the business requirements
- Collaborate with Business Analytics to understand how to transform business requirements into technical setup
- Work in a shared environment (with core STIBO layer, shared layer, and own_name_space/product development layer)
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the project team through all phases of the project
- Share competency and experience with customer team members to learn and understand the setup of the STIBO platform
- Lead the project team through all phases of the project
requirements
- At least 5 years experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of STIBO STEP modules
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Good understanding of Product and Customer MDM
- Strong exposure to STEP Data model, workflows, and STEP configurations
- Knowledge of the STIBO solution (tool functions and features available "out of the box")
- Knowledge of the workflows design/setup/variants creation
- Knowledge of the STIBO monitoring/reporting functions
- Strong understanding of PIM architecture and design
- Familiarity with SAP
- B2+ English level
nice to have
- Integration experience includes STEP to SAP ECC & S/4, Third-party systems, reporting, etc (Inbound/Outbound Integration Endpoints)
- STIBO certification is an added advantage
- Master Data Domain knowledge in the area of Business Partners & Finance
