Lead Technical Writer
We are looking for a remote Lead Technical Writer to lead our technical writing team.
As the Lead Technical Writer, you will have 5+ years of relevant production experience, along with 1+ years of relevant leadership experience. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our project, while also providing guidance and mentorship to the technical writing team. Your expertise in writing technical documentation and leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets technical writing standards.

- Lead and manage the technical writing team
- Create and maintain technical documentation using Markdown and static site generators
- Write API documentation using REST API specifications
- Ensure that all documentation meets technical writing standards
- Collaborate with the project team to understand technical requirements
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure documentation meets their needs
requirements
- 5+ years of relevant workingexperience in technical writing
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in writing technical documentation in English
- Excellent knowledge of Markdown and experience using static site generators
- Familiarity with technical writing standards
- Experience writing API documentation using REST API specifications
- B2+ English level
nice to have
- Familiarity with Health Level-7 (HL7)
- Knowledge of healthcare and life science technologies and solutions
- Familiarity with Java
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
