Lead UX Designer

Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead UX Designer to join our global team

responsibilities

Create UX/UI artefacts based on product requirements and ideas developed in the team
Create UI designs in Sketch based on components and modules from the design system
Create prototypes to make designs and concepts tangeable and testable
Generate Design Handoff to Development by creating documentation and specification in Confluence, InVision or similar Handoff tools

requirements

5+ years of experience in UX Design
1+ year of leadership experience
Proficient UI skills
Good knowledge of the UX processes (User story, Customer Journey Map, user research, identify the pain points and opportunities)
Having already worked with design systems
Experienced in using collaboration tools such us Plant and Mural
Good communication skills to present your creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively team internal

nice to have

Experience in e-commerce environments (B2C and B2B) for at least 3 years
Already worked for a luxury brand or at least has a high understanding of visual design for strong corporate brands
Notion of online customer behaviour and UX research methods
