Lead UX Designer for Retail Company

Currently, we are looking for a Remote Lead UX Designer to join our team.

The customer is a British luxury hospitality organisation founded in 1995. They have built a following around their group of private members’ clubs, aimed primarily at creatives in the art, fashion, and media sectors.

responsibilities

Create design specifications and screen designs for Android, including sketches, mockups, wireframes and prototypes, taking into account corporate design guidelines.
Create and prepare the necessary graphic assets and components for prototyping and production.
Closely collaborate with the client's product design management and marketing, other designers, product managers and developers.
Maintain and further develop the design system and app-related design guidelines

requirements

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
5+ years of experience designing robust and engaging mobile applications
Sound knowledge of mobile design guidelines, especially in Android
Expert knowledge of Figma or similar design tools
Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deal with tight deadlines
Strong organizational and project management skills
1+ year of leadership experience
