Middle Azure Cloud Support Specialist for Retail Company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Azure Cloud Specialist, to join our team.
responsibilities
- Manage the support activity efficiently
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
- Work with different systems and software
- Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments
requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- English level B2+ and higher
- Azure Monitor experience
- Solid knowledge of Azure Storage
- Solid knowledge of SQL Azure
- ServiceNow experience
- Support.Application experience

- ITIL:Service Operation
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Oracle SQL*Plus
- PL/SQL
