We are currently looking for a remote Middle Big Data Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team.

The customer is an American multinational delivery services company. It provides business and residential money-back guaranteed ground package delivery services.

responsibilities
  • Develop data platform capabilities with Microsoft Azure
    • Work in a team to perform data engineering work for ingesting data from on premises solutions to the Azure cloud based on the platform defined by the Platform and Solution Architect
      requirements
      • 2+ years of Big Data Engineering experience
        • Ability to distribute tasks among team members
          • Big Data Experience
            • Data platform experience
              • Microsoft Azure experience
                • Java and Python programming background
                  • Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Data Bricks, Data Lake, Functions, Streaming, Event Hub)
                    • Experience with Kafka
                      • English level proficiency B1
                        nice to have
                        • Teradata
                          • Hadoop
                            • JMS
                              • Terraform
                                • Synapse
                                  • PowerBI/Spotfire/SaS/Business Objects
