Requirements management (elicitation, clarification, US preparation, keeping requirements up to date)

Collaborate proactively with Product team, Project Manager and Dev Team to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs

Gather both high and low-level business requirements: epic, feature, story, and tasks preparation

Support application testing with project teams to ensure the solution meets business requirements

2+ years of experience in Business Analysis

Experience in HCM domain

Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering

Ability to create clear requirements documentation (e.g., business requirements specification, US, etc.)

Strong communication skills

At least Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and verbal)
