2+ years of experience in Business Analysis

Strong Business Analysis skills

Excellent team working skills and adaptability to thrive remotely

Data migration and data transformation experience

Previous experience and success working with the agile development teams

Hands-on experience working with JIRA, Confluence

Good decision making skills, strong attention to detail

Experience engaging with scrum teams, excellent knowledge of Agile processes

Experience working to delivery project plans and feeding into development road maps

Excellent verbal and written communication

Data Analysis

Development, testing experience

Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms
