middle business analyst for EPAM
Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Business Analyst to join our team.
- Play a role of SME in Staffing/Hiring Processes in specified department
- Interview users and staffing/hiring process stakeholders, identify process problems
- Design business processes together with key stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge base of Staffing/Hiring Processes
- Create instructions and manuals
- Create process flow diagrams
- Drive webinars for end-users
- Drive roll-out of new capabilities and process
- Monitor adoption of new processes
- Consult end-users of processes and tools related
- Gather feedback and propose improvements / optimization
- 2+ years' experience in Business Analysis / Operation Management / Process Engineering or in a related area
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to details
- Talent Acquisition/Hiring/Staffing Processes background
- Requirements gathering experience (BA background)
- Experience with data analysis
