Middle Cloud Support Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled remote Middle Cloud Support Engineer to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing technical support for the cloud-based platform. You will work closely with the development and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure the availability and reliability of the platform. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools to streamline platform operations.

- Performance and Capacity management of nimble storage
- Setup capacity and performance monitoring for nimble
- Provide technical support for our cloud-based platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline platform operations
- Work with development and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Participate in the on-call rotation to support maintenance, scheduled work, support, and release/deployment requirements
requirements
- 4+ years of experience in supporting storage infrastructure
- Prior experience working for a SaaS provider is desirable
- Expertise in HPE nimble storage support
- Understanding of iSCSI, CIFS, NFS, and SFTP protocols and data storage in general
- Basic understanding of other storage technologies like NAS or SAN, fiber switch for storage connectivity
- Basic understanding of how to present Storage to Hyper-V or VMware clusters
- Good understanding of Cloudian Storage and migration to Cloudian storage
- Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Cloud monitoring tools like Datadog
- Experience working with three-tier web applications, running in public and/or private cloud
- Possess strong knowledge of current technologies, with proficiency in the areas of automation, DevOps, cloud-native architecture, and system monitoring
- Experience in Storage data migrations both on-premises and from on-premises to cloud-based solutions
- Experience in Storage data replication techniques using SnapMirror, Snapvault, Data motion, DoubleTake, DataSync, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- B2+ English level
