Obtaining relevant feedback from users

Incident support (monitoring, proposal, escalation, resolution...)

Preparation of reports for follow-up/progress of the support team

Proactive and reactive review of the status of the platform.

Collaboration from the point of view of Technical Support in the migrations defined by the unit

Review and update/creation of technical documentation and user manuals

Definition and management of the life cycle of APIs

Experience with API gateways/API managers (Kong, Apigee, WSO2, Mulesoft Anypoint…)

Knowledge of e-commerce environments in High Availability (desirable)

Carrying out procedural operations according to needs

Discover and collaborate in the definition of new functionalities demanded by users

Support for deployments/interventions

2+ years of experience in Cloud and IaC (Terraform). Tasks of creation and maintenance of own tools and collaboration with other teams for implementation, support, and training in the use of the cloud will be carried out

Fluent Spanish is a must

Fluency with at least one programming language, preferably Java, Go, and Python

Knowledge of AsciiDoc, Node.js (desirable), and Moon (desirable)

Have worked with CI tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or preferably GitHub Workflows and GitHub Actions

Experience using and administrating Kubernetes clusters

Knowledge of developing and deploying operators in Kubernetes

Fluency with version control tools, specifically Git

Basic knowledge of identities and permissions

Experience in cloud migrations

Experience in hybrid solutions

Knowledge of Linux and experience in Bash / Shell Scripting

Extensive experience building and optimizing images with Docker/buildah/nerdctl

Knowledge of Cloud infrastructures (Azure, GPC, or AWS)

Jira/Bitbucket experience

Experience communicating with technical users (developers)

Fluent level of English for technical conversation and documentation

Support experience (ticketing, incident tracking)

Analytical capacity to understand complex functionalities

Experience with Openshift

Development of microservices. Design and development of API REST and/or gRPC. Knowledge of Architecture Patterns

Application development using Middleware such as Redis, AMQ, Solr... Middleware installation and administration experience is a plus

Monitoring tools, mainly Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
