Middle Java AWS Cloud Stack Developer

We are looking for a remote Middle Java AWS Cloud Stack Developer with strong knowledge of Java, AWS Cloud Stack, and Kafka.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Scala Functional Programming and Spring Boot. The position requires an Upper-Intermediate English level to communicate with the team.

responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based services
  • Troubleshoot and debug services and applications
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement solutions
  • Ensure technical processes meet business outcomes related to data analysis, quality metrics/monitoring, and architecture
  • Communicate project objectives, plans, status, and results clearly, focusing on a critical few key points
requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Java
  • Hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Stack and Kafka
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Kubernetes
  • Experience with microservice-based design and Git
  • Strong knowledge of Jenkins and Spring Boot
  • B2+ English level
nice to have
  • Experience with Scala Functional Programming and Google Cloud Platform
  • Knowledge of enacting service level agreements and appropriate escalation and communication plans to maintain them
